Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist who will consult with guests on hair care needs and deliver high-quality services including cuts, color, styling, and makeup. You will support store leadership, drive service sales, and contribute to a premium guest experience in a fast-paced salon environment.

The role requires a cosmetology license and prior salon experience, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, styling, and makeup.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services: design, cuts, color, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, ear piercing.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales targets.
• Engage guests, develop relationships, and provide total-store guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and state guidelines; maintain store and salon cleanliness.
