Job summary

Marvin Engineering Co. in Inglewood, CA is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated master schedules supporting program execution from contract award through production handoff.

You will collaborate with Technical Program Managers, monitor risk, forecast schedule performance, and drive DCMA-compliant IMS quality across multiple programs to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program planning or program management.
• Experience with integrated master schedules across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract requirements to create an IMS that meets customer, quality, and contract requirements.
• Gather program steps, durations, dependencies, and other details to map development from contract award to production handoff.
• Provide recommendations to Technical Program Managers for timely and accurate status/forecasting.
• Analyze program critical paths and perform root-cause assessments to baseline variances.
• Lead development and delivery of Schedule Risk Assessments and IMS baselines across functions.
• Communicate schedule dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
