Job summary

MTK Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in the Bay Area, CA is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to lead the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across multiple product lines and facilities.

• Experience in master scheduling and production planning across multiple facilities.
• Knowledge of MPS, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Experience tracking KPIs, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across product lines and facilities.
• Align production schedules with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and business priorities.
• Analyze capacity and scheduling risks; implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Sales Operations to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate production priorities and configurations to support customer commitments.
• Incorporate NPI and changing production requirements into scheduling plans.
• Monitor performance indicators like on-time delivery and capacity utilization.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate status and risks to leadership.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to support planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in scheduling and operations.
