Safran Trusted 4D Inc. in West Henrietta, NY is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead our S&OP-driven planning in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Sales, Production, and Purchasing to forecast demand, build the Master Production Schedule, and drive on-time delivery across global operations. The role requires deep ERP/MRP knowledge, strong analytics, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years in materials/production planning.
• Experience running monthly S&OP meetings and setting up Demand Planning in ERP.
• Strong knowledge of MRP and rough-cut capacity planning.
• Supply chain certification preferred (APICS/ISM/CPSM).
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus.
• Proficiency in Excel, planning tools, and Power BI; interest in web development.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and document work clearly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Solid understanding of business operations and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the S&OP process with Sales to assess opportunities and risks.
• Develop Master Production Schedule and adjust based on S&OP input.
• Prepare the data for S&OP and use this data to create forecasts.
• Manage demand planning in ERP system and monitor for accuracy.
• Work with Production Planner on scheduling of new orders and communicate to Sales Admin.
• Meet with Sales Administration for order rescheduling and provide new ship dates.
• Coordinate with Production and Supply Chain to identify issues for reschedules and execution.
• Implement planning strategies to improve Customer OTD and maximum efficiency.
