Job summary

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Master Scheduler in Butler, PA to develop and maintain daily, weekly, and short-range production schedules for a single facility. You will coordinate with Project Management, Production, Purchasing, and Operations to meet customer commitments via optimal use of labor, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Expert-level Excel with complex planning models, capacity analysis tools, production schedules, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, Power Query, and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and short-range production schedules.
• Sequence work to maximize equipment utilization, labor efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and elevate operational issues to Purchasing to keep milestones.
• Provide regular capacity and schedule status updates to plant leadership.
• Lead or participate in daily production planning meetings and cross-functional coordination.
