Job summary

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, seeks a Master Scheduler in Butler, PA to own daily and short-range production schedules. You will coordinate with Project Management, Production, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure customer commitments are met through optimal labor, equipment, and material utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field; equivalent manufacturing planning experience considered.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency for planning models, capacity analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS), conditional formatting and data validation.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP certification, Lean, Six Sigma or ERP/MRP training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and short-range production schedules.
• Balance workloads across departments and work centers to maximize utilization and on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate to keep projects on track with milestones.
• Provide capacity and schedule status updates to plant leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with production strategy and customer commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, tools, and reporting.
