Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements and company objectives.
• Write, allocate, and issue production work orders.
• Expedite work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks, delays, and capacity constraints.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate production records.
• Prepare and distribute daily production and scheduling reports.
• Work with Production, Sales, and Purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate schedule changes and status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Review documents, materials, and products for accuracy and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer requirements and company objectives.

• Monitor production progress and workflow to identify bottlenecks, delays, and capacity constraints.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate production records.

• Work closely with Production, Sales, and Purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Communicate schedule changes, production status updates, and potential issues to management and key stakeholders.
• Review documents, materials, and products for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to scheduling, planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
