Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS is seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to develop and oversee integrated schedules for major construction projects. The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Earned Schedule, with focus on critical path, resource planning, and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining cost and quality objectives across multi-phase programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 15 years of project scheduling experience
• 5 years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing complex, multi-phase construction projects
• Experience with workforce planning, resource allocation, and budget integration
• Experience with Earned Value Management and schedule risk analysis
• Experience integrating subcontractor and vendor schedules into a master schedule

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain owner-controlled integrated master schedules using Primavera P6, OPC, MS Project or equivalent.
• Create detailed WBS for project control systems to guide scheduling and monitoring.
• Coordinate with procurement to align timelines and material delivery.
• Plan resources to avoid bottlenecks and ensure project progress.
• Forecast milestones and identify bottlenecks with mitigation strategies.
• Monitor critical path activities and address delays proactively.
