Job summary

Enovis is seeking a skilled Planner/Scheduler at our Houston Plant to own daily and weekly finite-capacity production planning. You will balance demand, inventory, tooling, and capacity across a high-mix machining environment, while coordinating NPI launches and CAPEX scheduling.

The role interfaces with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and PMO to ensure on-time delivery and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–5 years of progressively responsible experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply planning, manufacturing operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience scheduling production in a finite-capacity manufacturing environment, with hands-on work-order management and outside-processing coordination.
• Working knowledge of MRP and ERP systems for production planning, inventory management, and work-order execution; experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or a comparable ERP system (NetSuite preferred).
• Working knowledge of Power BI or a comparable BI platform, with the ability to develop and interpret operational dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requirements, identify risks, and coordinate resolution across departments.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly finite-capacity production schedules against capacity and constraints.
• Sequence work orders based on demand, due dates, and priorities; reschedule to balance capacity.
• Release and monitor work orders in NetSuite; track quantities, routings, and dates.
• Monitor schedule adherence; address deviations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage outside processing and downstream flow; align with downstream operations.
• Own scheduling for NPI, product launches, transfers, and CAPEX efforts; coordinate with PMO.
• Provide capacity planning analytics using ERP data and Power BI; present KPI trends to leadership.
