Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years in supply chain planning or inventory planning preferred.
• Experience with data analysis to drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Experience with ERP or planning systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spares plan for assigned product lines across lifecycle stages to ensure correct inventory.
• Develop and optimize spares plans to meet Fill Rate targets and service commitments.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deviations and monitor performance metrics.
• Proactively analyze demand signals and lifecycle events to adjust plans.
• Collaborate with BI team to improve forecasts and outputs.
• Provide root-cause/corrective actions for Excess & No Demand inventory.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to resolve constraints and improve outcomes.
