TT Electronics in Olathe, KS, is seeking a Planner/Buyer I to help keep production moving. You will plan production, manage materials, and align resources to support customer commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You’ll work with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Suppliers to optimize planning, purchasing, and ERP processes, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, high-performing team.

Qualificações

• Requires degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain production work orders within the ERP system.
• Generate and manage purchase orders for production materials.
• Monitor material availability and communicate potential shortages or risks.
• Support production scheduling activities for assigned product lines.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate planning and purchasing information within ERP systems.
• Support inventory accuracy and material availability initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sales Operations to resolve planning and supply chain issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts that enhance operational performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes

What You'll Bring

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of planning, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• ERP experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Must meet ITAR requirements.
