Job summary

Amentum is seeking a seasoned Project Operations Coordinator to manage the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP). You will orchestrate scheduling across multiple development lanes and own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

You will apply CPM principles, map dependencies, and govern schedule changes to ensure on-time delivery for DoW/DoD stakeholders. A TS/SCI clearance is required adds complexity and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years in project coordination, master scheduling, or DoD program environment.
• Proficiency with enterprise scheduling software (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Primavera).
• Strong understanding of CPM, phased development planning, schedule risk analysis, and dependency mapping.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into structured milestones and communicate schedule data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize the DoW CTF certification program across multiple development swim lanes.
• Build, update, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Apply scheduling methodology to meet execution milestones.
• Map task interdependencies across the program.
• Control schedule modifications as the gatekeeper for changes.
• Ensure on-time delivery of the certification program.
