Job summary

Amentum is seeking a highly experienced Project Operations Coordinator for the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP) to guide scheduling across multiple development lanes and build the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

You will be the gatekeeper for schedule changes, ensuring on-time delivery and communicating milestones to government and leadership while leveraging CPM and advanced scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of DoD/DoW project coordination or master scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise scheduling software (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Synchronize strategic execution across multiple development swim lanes.
• Build, update, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Apply scheduling methodology to meet execution milestones.
• Map task interdependencies across the program.
• Control schedule modifications as the authoritative gatekeeper.
• Ensure on-time delivery of the certification program.
