Job summary

Amentum in Chantilly, Virginia, seeks an organized Certification Operations Specialist / Proctor Lead to manage the Threat Finance Certification Program (TFCP) candidate journey from inquiry to credential issuance.

You will coordinate proctoring logistics, maintain records, and feed progress updates to the Project Operations Coordinator, ensuring daily workflows run smoothly in a high-tempo, security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports, track databases and draft correspondence.
• Typing speed of 40–50 WPM for real-time note-taking and task capture.
• Experience with secure/classified communication networks and collaboration tools (MS Teams, VTC).
• Proven data entry, validation and digital file maintenance experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates from inquiry through credentialing within the TFCP lifecycle.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking logs for all program participants and ensure data accuracy.
