Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and maintain the master production schedule, ensuring alignment of customer demand, inventory targets and manufacturing capacity. This role coordinates Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Production, Engineering and Warehouse Operations to optimize material flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
10+ years of production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing operations experience.
Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems.
Experience participating in S&OP processes

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on customer demand, forecasts, and inventory targets.
Translate sales forecasts and customer orders into detailed production schedules.
Balance production requirements against labor, machine, and material capacity constraints.
Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as required to meet changing business conditions.
Conduct finite and infinite capacity planning analyses.
