Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Master Scheduler – CMC Industrialization to develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule for the CMC industrialization program across Indianapolis and Cypress. You will drive schedule integrity, critical path visibility, and scenario analysis to enable reliable first of kind manufacturing readiness.

The role requires advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams including Facilities, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing program-level IMS in aerospace or regulated environments.
• Strong scheduling, data quality, and cross-functional dependency skills.
• Ability to translate complex program activity into actionable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an IMS using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Align Indianapolis and Cypress site schedules with consistent structure and milestones.
• Provide schedule analysis, baselining, and scenario planning for program readiness.
• Produce executive schedule reports and dashboards from P6/MS Project data.
