Con Forms is seeking a Master Scheduler in Port Washington, WI to own the master production schedule, manage MRP/APS exceptions, and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This hands-on leadership role requires ERP proficiency, AI-enabled planning tools, and cross-functional collaboration across Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service.

You will balance demand, capacity, inventory, and delivery commitments while advancing planning analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years scheduling experience.
• Deep ERP/MRP/APS knowledge and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production schedule and daily planning execution.
• Manage MRP/APS exceptions and resolve material/capacity constraints.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales and Customer Service.
• Develop planning dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Support SIOP processes and forecast inputs.
