Con Forms is seeking a Player-coach Master Scheduler in Port Washington, WI, responsible for the full scheduling function, master production scheduling, MRP/APS management, and ERP planning discipline. The role focuses on data‑driven decisions to keep customer demand moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years planning and scheduling in manufacturing environment.
• Strong forecasting, inventory, capacity planning, and scheduling knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor CSI/Syteline.

Responsibilities

• Own master production schedule and planning processes.
• Use AI, automation, and analytics to boost planning productivity.
• Develop inventory and planning strategies and ERP parameters.
• Lead SIOP process and manage ERP forecast inputs.
