Job summary

MRA Recruiting Services is seeking a seasoned Master Scheduler to own the master production schedule, MRP/APS exception management, and ERP planning discipline. You will drive data-driven decisions, build AI-enabled planning tools, and partner with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to balance demand, inventory, capacity, and delivery priorities.

Qualifications

• Five years of planning, scheduling, or ERP-intensive manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production schedule and planning process.
• Utilize AI, automation, and analytics to improve planning productivity.
• Develop planning dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility on demand, capacity, inventory, and schedule performance.
• Manage material workbenches and resolve shortages, capacity constraints, and data issues.
• Support the SIOP process and communicate lead-time guidance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve on-time delivery and planning accuracy.
