Job summary

Institute for Coaching Mastery by Alyssa Nobriga International is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Master’s Pathway development and launch. You will collaborate with the founder, curriculum partners, faculty, and student support to design, implement, and scale a premier postgraduate program.

The role is remote, 1099 contract, with up to 35 hours per week (Pacific Time). Initial focus is to build the pathway program, manage accreditation coordination, and establish efficient operations for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in online education, coaching certification, or academic programs.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Ability to own outcomes and drive initiatives to completion.
• Experience collaborating with founders, academic partners, accrediting bodies, and support teams in a fully remote setting.
• Background in program management, education operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Translate program vision into timelines, workflows, launch plans, and operating systems.
• Coordinate curriculum planning, student journeys, faculty workflows, and accreditation-related tasks.
• Oversee calendars, LMS updates, databases, certifications, SOPs, and delivery workflows.
• Manage student support, mentoring teams, and retention initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, document decisions, and ensure clear ownership.
• Develop scalable systems with repeatable workflows and proactive visibility.
