Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking licensed and eligible clinicians to provide individual and family therapy across diverse populations. Most sessions are in-person with telehealth options for flexibility.

The role includes a $2,400 Orientation Training Allowance and a potential annual earnings of up to $85,500, with a commitment to mentorship, supervision, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Legal eligibility to practice in Florida (licensure variety considered).

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services in community settings; telehealth options available.
• Use evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other professionals.
• Advocate for patient access to community resources.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psychosocial issues.
