Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs; services in homes, schools, or community settings.
• We will review candidates with degrees in related fields and required coursework.
• Four class codes must cover core areas such as Human Growth & Development, Diagnosis and Treatment, Counseling Theories, and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the mental health needs of clients across ages.
• Conduct screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referrals.
• Deliver services to clients in the community; no office requirement.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and school counselors to coordinate care.
• Advocate for access to community resources and communicate treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy on psycho-social issues.
