Chrysalis Health is seeking a Master’s level Mental Health Therapist, Counselor or Social Worker to provide individual and family therapy across ages with some telehealth options. Most sessions are in-person, with flexibility to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the State of Florida.
• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Ability to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs and provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings.
• Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform.
• Eligibility for licensure as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess and determine the comprehensive mental health needs of clients across ages and diagnoses.
• Conduct client screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and referral information.
• Deliver in-person and telehealth services to clients in the community.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, school counselors and other health care professionals.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress to patients, families, and other professionals.

Education
