Job summary

Acenda Integrated Health in New Jersey seeks a Masters Intern to support Intensive Outpatient Treatment. The role is hybrid, focusing on psych education, group therapy, and client documentation while under supervision.

You will shadow licensed clinicians and contribute to ongoing skills development within a mission-driven non-profit. Eligibility requires enrollment in a Master’s program (MSW, MFT, Clinical Psychology) and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master’s program (MSW, MFT, Clinical Psychology or related field).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practices.
• Knowledge of EHR and informatics systems.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and enhancing psych education material to clients on various mental health topics.
• Co-facilitating group therapy.
• Documenting client interactions and group therapy.
• Shadowing supervisors and discussing development of clinical skills.
• Engaging in weekly supervision.
• Adhere to ethical standards and Acenda code of conduct.
