Join #TeamAcenda and make a lasting impact.**Program Info**The Adolescent Supportive Housing Programs of Life Link Homes (LLH), Expectant and Parenting Youth (EPY) offer permanent supportive housing for youth over 18, who are homeless or aging out of the child welfare system. The programs provide life skills, employment counseling, and therapy to ensure a successful transition to self-sufficient living and to prevent long-term dependency on social services. Young adults who comply with their lease requirements may remain until they determine they have the skills and self-confidence to live fully independently.**Position Summary**Provide ongoing counseling services to youth residing in the LLH and EPY programs. Partner with LLH and EPY staff, as part of an interdisciplinary team to support the mental health needs of the clients.
