Responsibilities include delivering psych education, co-facilitating groups, documenting interactions, and learning through weekly supervision with a focus on developing clinical skills and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (MSW, MFT, or clinical psychology).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practices.
• Cultural competence and adaptability with diverse populations.
• Experience with screening and assessment practices.
• Ability to use EHR and informatics for documentation.
• Hybrid internship with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and enhance psych education materials to clients on mental health topics.
• Co-facilitate group therapy sessions.
• Document client interactions and progress notes.
• Shadow supervisors in individual therapy sessions.
• Participate in weekly supervision and supervision discussions.
• Adhere to ethical standards and Acenda code of conduct.
