TALNT Team LLC in the Greater Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support data center developments. This on-site role requires 5–7+ years of scheduling on complex construction projects and expert Primavera P6 skills.

You will implement and maintain schedules, coordinate with owners, GCs, and subs, and provide regular progress reports while ensuring alignment with contract requirements. On-site collaboration and mobility are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of scheduling experience on complex construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence owners, GCs, and subs.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Experience supporting mission-critical data-center programs or similar.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Philadelphia area.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, trade partners, and owner's representatives.
  • Analyze critical path, milestones, delays, and risks and identify schedule impacts.
  • Provide weekly and monthly schedule reporting, look-aheads, and progress updates.
  • Support construction sequencing, resource planning, and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure schedule alignment with project execution plans and contract requirements.
  • Participate in on-site coordination meetings and field walks as needed.

Duration: 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension

Hourly Pay: Extremely competitive hourly pay + perdiem + relocation

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Schedulers to join our client, one of the largest Hyper-Scalers in the world, as an owners-rep as they build multiple new data centers across the country.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-visibility project within the most sophisticated AI infrastructure environments in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, trade partners, and owner's representatives
  • Analyze critical path, milestones, delays, and risks - proactively identifying schedule impacts
  • Provide weekly and monthly schedule reporting, look-aheads, and progress updates
  • Support construction sequencing, resource planning, and logistics coordination
  • Ensure schedule alignment with project execution plans and contract requirements
  • Participate in on-site coordination meetings and field walks as needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7+ years of scheduling experience on complex construction projects
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence owners, GC's, and subs.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Experience supporting mission-critical data-center programs - open to mission-critical experience as a substitute for direct data center experience
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in the Greater Philadelphia area
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior data center or hyper-scale experience (not required, but a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Experience working with large general contractors or major technology owners
