Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking a Project Scheduler for a hyperscale data center campus project in Indiana. This remote role partners with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to keep the programme current and ahead of milestones.

You will develop and maintain the schedule in Primavera P6, gather field updates, track the critical path, and produce clear reports that help leadership navigate delays and recovery options. Experience with large, complex construction is required.

Job description

I’m working with a construction team delivering a hyperscale data center campus in Indiana. They’re looking for a Project Scheduler who can build a reliable programme, keep it current as work progresses, and help the site team stay ahead of critical milestones.

This is a remote role on a major, multi-building development. You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents and trade partners to understand what is happening in the field, test how changes affect the schedule, and give the wider team a clear picture of the path to completion.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining the project schedule in Primavera P6
• Gathering progress updates from field teams and trade partners
• Tracking the critical path, upcoming milestones and schedule risks
• Reviewing construction sequencing and identifying potential clashes between scopes
• Producing clear schedule reports and look-ahead plans for project leadership
• Assessing the impact of delays or changes and helping the team develop recovery plans

What we’re looking for:

• Experience scheduling large, complex construction projects
• A practical understanding of how construction work is sequenced on site
• Confidence working directly with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors
• Data center experience is strongly preferred; other mission‑critical or advanced technology projects will also be considered
