Job summary

Evlos Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Scheduler to design, develop, and maintain resource-loaded schedules for implementation, developmental, and operational systems. The role involves working with development and operations teams to keep schedules current and aligned with program objectives.

The candidate will leverage automated tools such as MS Project or Primavera to create a Master Program Schedule, link related schedules, and track dependencies across projects within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Twelve (12) years’ experience as a Scheduler in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree required; four (4) years additional scheduling experience may substitute for a degree.
• Two (2) years of demonstrated experience managing a schedule for an engineering program involving hardware and software development and multiple sub-components.
• Advanced level MS Project or Primavera course completed.
• Certification in AACE and/or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) desired.
• A Master’s degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain resource-loaded schedules for implementation, development, and operations.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to detail and update schedules.
• Utilize MS Project, Primavera, or approved tools to manage schedules.
• Develop and integrate multiple sub-schedules into the Master Program Schedule.
• Maintain status of linkages and dependencies across related projects.
