Job summary

DM Enterprises is seeking a Scheduler to support project teams by preparing and updating detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will help maintain the Master Schedule and contribute to reviews, narratives, and decision-making for water and wastewater projects.

The role requires 2+ years in scheduling, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and proficiency with scheduling tools. PMI-SP/PSP is a plus. Strong communication and Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience, preferably in water/wastewater or construction.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project required.
• PMI-SP or PSP certification a plus, but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and monitor individual project schedules and integrated master schedule.
• Assist in developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules and the master schedule.
• Review documents to support baseline schedules with dates, activities, milestones.
• Support progress schedule updates, including reporting and narratives.
• Track schedule, progress, and costs; monitor earned value.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, cash flow projections, and forecasts.
• Support cost and resource tracking and reporting.
• Help ensure scheduling and cost-control standards are followed.
• Assist with progress payment reporting.
• Participate in meetings with project teams, clients, owners, stakeholders.
• Support what-if scenario analysis and risk mitigation tracking.
• Assist with delay and time impact analysis.
