Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Clearfield, UT seeks an Industrial Engineer – Master Production Scheduling to join our IEOM team on site. You will develop and coordinate the Master Production Schedule to optimize alignment with SAP/MRP and capacity constraints, while ensuring scheduling practices meet program objectives.
The ideal candidate has experience with EVMS, CPM, and data visualization, plus strong collaboration across IT, analytics, and manufacturing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 1 year of experience or Master's with 0 years.
- Experience with MES, MRP/SAP/Oracle.
- Ability to obtain U.S. Government Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop and coordinate the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
- Apply EVMS, CPM, and other scheduling metrics.
- Analyze lead times, WIP, cycle times to meet demand.
- Develop scalable models to optimize product flow.
- Collaborate with IT, ERP, analytics, and data science teams.
- Lead continuous improvement using agile methods.
- Create metrics and data visualizations to track performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly status reports.
