Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Master Planner in West Valley City, UT to own the Master Production Schedule for a high-volume nutraceutical manufacturing operation. You will coordinate orders, set due dates, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Customer Accounts to ensure aggressive on-time delivery targets.

The role requires 1–3 years in production planning, experience with ERP/MRP (Oracle/NetSuite/SAP), and a four-year degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• High-volume, high-demand production experience preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain a Master Production Schedule.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP) for work orders and scheduling.
• Experience with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and rolling production plans.
• Track KPIs including on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Master Production Schedule based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate POs and communicate requirements across Supply Chain and Operations.
• Set achievable due dates and communicate delivery commitments within 24 hours.
• Create and release work orders in ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor progress and manage bottlenecks to meet customer commitments.
• Maintain delivery KPIs and escalate capacity constraints.
