Job summary

LeanTeq 濂達科技 in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Production Planner to develop, review, and maintain the master production schedule, balancing inventory, resources, and capacity while coordinating daily with production to meet lead times and on-time delivery.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service to smooth customer demand, issue job releases, communicate schedules, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of direct scheduling experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, publishes, and maintains the Master Production Schedule, balancing inventory, resources, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot problems with scheduling and variances.
• Review forecasts and history to create a compliant production plan per product line.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Customer Service.
• Communicate schedules to production work centers and Supply Chain.
• Execute scheduling and job releases to departments.
