Job summary

LeanTeq, a subsidiary of Enpro, is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain the master production schedule, coordinating daily with production to meet lead times, OTD, and customer demand.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years scheduling experience with MRP, and strong MS Office skills; you will work with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Customer Service to execute the operating plan and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of direct scheduling experience with and without MRP systems preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, publishes, and maintains the Master Production Schedule, balancing inventory, resources, and capacity.
• Troubleshoot problems with production scheduling and review forecast to develop a schedule per product line that meets revenue needs and limits inventory risks.
• Communicate schedules to production work centers and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Customer Service to execute the operating plan.
• Drive continuous improvement and update scheduling procedures as needed.
