Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Production Scheduler in Toledo, OH to own the Master Production Schedule and translate demand into executable weekly and daily plans across departments. You will balance labor, materials, inventory, quality, and compliance while adapting to changing priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in production or supply chain roles, strong MS Office and scheduling tools proficiency, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) across all product categories.
• Convert monthly production plans into detailed weekly and daily schedules by department and process.
• Sequence production to optimize throughput and minimize changeovers.
• Balance line loading and plan labor and materials to meet demand while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with QA to align release timing and testing workflows.
• Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory, align with sales forecasts, and manage material readiness.
