Leatherman Tool Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to own the MPS and forward-looking supply plan. You will translate demand and constraints into a capacity-validated plan for our manufacturing operation.

We’re looking for an experienced Master Production Scheduler who can bring those pieces together.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll own Leatherman’s Master Production Schedule (MPS) and forward-looking supply plan, translating demand and operational constraints into a realistic, capacity-validated plan for our manufacturing operation in Portland, Oregon.
This isn’t simply a role that maintains a schedule. We’re looking for someone who can analyze, challenge, model scenarios, influence decisions, and continuously improve how we plan.
You’ll own the MPS across our planning horizon and work closely with teams throughout Leatherman to ensure our plan is realistic, achievable, and aligned with business priorities.
