PAC Seating Systems seeks a Production Planner/Master Scheduler to develop and maintain master production schedules, coordinating material requirements and shop floor activities to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery. Develops, prepares, issues, and maintains production schedules to guide production activities and resource allocation so maximum efficiency, output, and on-time delivery objectives are achieved. Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production needs. Gathers data from internal teams and incorporates materials, inventories, resource availability, customer orders, and delivery commitments into schedules. Monitors daily production results and revises schedules in response to changes in materials, designs, equipment, priorities, or other resources. Utilizes ERP/MRP, planning and scheduling software, and other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate production records, reports, and forecasts.
