Job summary

Leatherman Tool Group is seeking a Master Production Scheduler to own the Master Production Schedule and forward-looking supply plan for our Portland manufacturing operation. You’ll translate demand and constraints into a capacity-validated plan, and you’ll analyze, model scenarios, influence decisions, and continuously improve planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or Statistics.
• 6+ years of planning experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Expertise using advanced planning/scheduling software and ERP systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Fundamentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Master Production Schedule based on forecasted demand, inventory targets, customer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities.
• Own RCCP and evaluate capacity, material, supplier, inventory, and operational constraints.
• Lead the monthly Supply Feasibility Review and pressure-test proposed production plans.
• Develop supply scenarios and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations.
