Job summary

This on‑site role involves cross‑functional collaboration across manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with 1+ year in production planning and strong ERP/MRP software experience (Epicor, Deltek MES, SAP) plus advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in production planning.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (Epicor, Deltek MES or SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, BOM, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain master production schedules using demand forecasts and sales orders in ERP.
• Coordinate with procurement to manage raw material stock levels and avoid shortages.
• Monitor workflow on the plant floor to identify and fix bottlenecks.
• Serve as a bridge between manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams.
• Generate performance metrics and status reports for management.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Planner to join the EOS team!

EOS Defense Systems USA develops and produces highly accurate, cost-effective, modular and scalable Remote Weapon Systems that satisfy our customers' most demanding requirements in both CUAS and ground to ground missions.

We are looking for a Manufacturing Production Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate plant workflows, schedules production runs, and manages inventory to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget. This is on-site position.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year of production planning experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software like Epicor, Deltek MES or SAP, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, bill of materials (BOM), and inventory control.

Primary Duties

• Schedule Creation: Develops and maintains master production schedules in the Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool using demand forecasts and sales orders.
• Material Coordination: Collaborates with procurement to manage raw material stock levels and prevent shortages or delays.
• Workflow Monitoring: Oversees manufacturing and test progress on the plant floor to identify and fix bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Acts as a bridge between manufacturing teams, warehouse staff, procurement, and sales.
• Reporting: Generates performance metrics, status reports, and output documentation for management
