Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree in ECE or related field with 30 ECE credits and classroom experience.
• Understanding of child development theories and practices.
• Experience in policy, procedures, and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and development for preschool classroom.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Preschool Teacher and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain documentation.
• Engage with parents through conferences, visits and events.
• Monitor and report on child progress and program outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment following standards.
