Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of St. Louis County is seeking a licensed Master Plumber to serve as the Plumber of Record for our new fleet. This role leads field teams, oversees code compliance, and coordinates permits for a growing residential service operation.

Qualifications

• Active Master Plumber License in good standing.
• Strong customer service and local code application experience.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the registered Master Plumber of Record for our corporate entity.
• Pull required permits and ensure full code compliance on jobs.
• Provide field leadership and technical training for Journeymen and Apprentices.
• Perform residential diagnostics, service repairs and major replacements.
