Job summary

The City of Adrian is seeking a Planning and Zoning Administrator to manage the implementation of the zoning code, laws, and regulations, and to serve as staff liaison to the Planning Commission. This role also oversees the land development review process from application to commission recommendation; assists with zoning changes, ordinance amendments, and master planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Public Administration or related field with two or more years of planning or community development experience in municipal government.
Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and AICP certification preferred.
Candidate must possess and maintain a valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
