Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a Master Planner to oversee the end-to-end master production schedule, aligning demand with capacity and inventory. You will guide the Planning and Production Control team and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain to maintain an achievable production plan.

Responsibilities include developing the MPS, leading a planning group, and ensuring on-time delivery while optimizing resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of production planning, master scheduling, or production control in manufacturing.
• Experience leading planners, schedulers, or production control personnel.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and planning processes.
• Experience developing and managing a Master Production Schedule.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on demand, forecasts, and priorities.
• Lead Planning and Production Control team to optimize capacity, inventory, and resources.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks; coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor production performance and ensure schedules are realistic and executable.
• Maintain inventory levels to support on-time delivery and minimize excess.
