Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed production schedules aligned to orders, inventory, and capacity.
• Synchronize with purchasing, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure materials are ready.
• Continuously monitor and adjust plans for demand shifts or delays.
• Analyze capacity and resource utilization to boost throughput and reduce downtime.
• Partner with quality control to ensure standards are met and products meet specification.
• Track actuals versus plan and update schedules for progress or delays.
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to align production and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with supply chain management to keep inventory in balance (avoid overstock/stockouts).
• Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling or production issues as they arise.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline processes and reduce cost.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment for safety and efficiency.
