General Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Planner Scheduler to lead project and production schedules across our facilities. This role involves coordinating master scheduling, capacity planning, and production prioritization in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Project Management teams to ensure resources align with demand and projects are delivered on time. You will also oversee system scheduling modules to improve planning visibility and coordination, vital for our growth.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including construction sequencing from design through fabrication.
• Manage project-level schedules, adjusting for scope or condition changes.
• Lead capacity planning for labor, materials, and equipment to resolve constraints.
• Work with Project Managers to validate requirements, lead times, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Modeling/Detailing and Procurement to align drawings and materials with schedules.
• Implement and improve the system scheduling module.
• Collaborate with factory Managers to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze performance variances and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct scenario planning and schedule simulations for leadership decisions.
• Communicate schedule status and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning meetings to ensure project alignment.
• Help establish project kickoffs and production gating processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years in production planning, master scheduling, or project scheduling within construction, modular fabrication, or project-based manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning, resource allocation, and multi-departmental workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera; capable of managing and analyzing project schedules.
