This position will ideally be conducted in a Hybrid work format, with the selected individual splitting their time between the Endicott, NY site and remote. This role will also be aligned with our 9/80 schedule, in which we have every other Friday off (44 hours on the 'long' week of 2 week pay period, and 36 hours on the 'short' week, with Friday off on the short week). The hybrid split in this case, is 3 days in-office, 2 days remote during the 'long' weeks, and 2 days in-office, 2 days remote during the 'short' weeks. For the ideal profile with directly applicable experience, the team may consider a full-time remote format, with the expectation of regular travel to the Endicott site on a monthly (or similar) schedule.

Full-Time Salary Range: $90373 - $153634
