GYMGUYZ Master Trainer role brings mobile personal training to clients' homes, offices and community spaces, while leading a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.

You will mentor others, conduct assessments via the GYMGUYZ App, design sessions, drive client success metrics, and contribute to local marketing and growth within your community.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national certification.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• At least 3 years in personal training and leadership.
• Strong communication, organization and motivation.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent DRIVE values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
