GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of mobile fitness professionals who deliver personalized workouts at clients' homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll drive results, shape training programs, and foster growth within the regional network.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accreditation.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• At least 2+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to mentor and drive client results.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and training quality.
• Support sales and assessment goals with leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement.
• Represent DRIVE values in all interactions.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 2+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
