GYMGUYZ is seeking a Master Trainer to lead a team of trainers, deliver high-impact sessions, and drive client success across mobile fitness services. You will mentor staff, oversee assessments, design training programs, and contribute to local marketing and growth initiatives.

As a certified pro with leadership experience, you’ll inspire others, uphold drive values, and help shape a thriving fitness culture in the community. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities included.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (NCCA, DEAC, NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values in every interaction.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
