Job summary

GYMGUYZ Rhode Island is seeking a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering exceptional client results with mobile, in-home training. You will drive assessments, design sessions, and oversee metrics while contributing to sales and local marketing efforts.

This role emphasizes leadership, client impact, and growth within a flexible, field-based environment, with ongoing professional development and a strong DRIVE culture.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized cert (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE)
• CPR/AED certification required
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE) — in every interaction

What You Bring
